Hemma Fasch will talk about the office's daylight approach and strategies examplified in a row of educational and cultural projects in Austria.
Hemma Fasch is founding partner of Fasch & Fuchs Architekten and a visiting professor at TU Vienna.
Fasch & Fuchs Architekten was founded by Hemma Fasch and Jakob Fuchs in 1994 with offices in Vienna and Hausmannstätten. In 2011 the team was supplemented with Fred Hofbauer. The works of Fasch and Fuchs are characerized by sophisticated constructions and a subtle use of daylight. The office has beene awarded for multiple educational and cultural projects and 2021 they were nominated for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture / the Mies van der Rohe Award for their school campus,Neustift.
