The first realized project was the bank with an intention to transform the single-storied main street up to a higher scale – even if the bank is single-story as well – and to help the turn the axis of the main-street towards the new east-west directed promenade.
The narrative of the house was created by the locals – according to them it looked like a hive with its holes like hive- cells where the hard working bee-people of Pellérd collect their wealth. (architect's text)
