The ground level of the tower is made of reinforced concrete and serves as an entrance and a shelter for hikers too. If you go up on the stairs of the gazebo, on the intermediate levels it offers mysterious spaces, full of light and secrets. Here you just get some pieces of the view between the covering slats of the tower – but you feel that there must be something up there, so it worth to climb until the top of this strange building. Meanwhile this climbing you can find banks on every level, where you can have a rest, you can think, and enjoy the silence of nature. Reaching the highest level of the tower you have a wonderful panorama all round, as a reward for your persistence.
Except the ground level, the lookout tower is made of larch, and the structural beams are connected by specially designed and manufactured steel joints. All the heavy larch elements were lifted by hand, because there was no opportunity to use machines.
Now the gazebo is ready. People and birds seem to enjoy it. (architects' text)
